It’s a girl in our class that’s very shy and never talks in front of the class. When we were reading a page together in the class the teacher randomized our classes names. It came on that girls name, which meant that she had to read. All the other times she said no, but now she said yes. When she was done the whole class started clapping 👏🏻. She was so surprised but still happy :>

Edit: And now she has no problem talking and reading out loud. I just think it really helped her
