The great first single from the new album. Blancmange are definitely back to the sound that most fans love. This is so Bowie 'Heroes' sounding that you could sing that along with this...just for one day! Intentional or not I'm not complaining but it could also just be my older ears playing tricks with my brain. The Kincaid 12" remix is also worth tracking down btw Will be seeing them at Islington Assembly Hall on 10th Dec which is gonna be a fun night!!!

Take the melancholic end of the early albums ('I Can See it', 'Waves') mix in the updated feel of 'Blanc Burn', add the textural variety from the Fader and 'Nil By Mouth' material and serve as 2022 Blancmange. Difficult to imagine a better 40th. Happy birthday; keep it coming.

Saw them in Barrow in Furness on Saturday 12/11. A great gig with a great performance bby Neil Arthur and this for me was the highlight of the night. A wonderful song.
