I like the taste of scrambled eggs if I add the salt after I stop cooking. And removing from heat before fully cooked will add to taste as well.

When I make scrambled eggs I make sure my eggs are at room temperature, I separate the eggs and beat the whites and yokes separately, combine them and then cook them in a preheated pan, fold slowly and always serve on a warm plate. I, also, like to grate in a bit of fresh nutmeg during the cooking.

Been using the Mayo for 26 years...I ran out of milk and oil... I mix it into the eggs and use it as the oil for the pan also.
I still get requests from old friends to cook them "after the club eggs"!

No offense, but these aren't really "scrambled" eggs. They're blended eggs fried in a pan. I realize that's what most people consider to be scrambled eggs, but traditionally, scrambled eggs are cracked into the frying pan, then mixed as they fry, leaving distinct bits of white and yolk as they cook.
