How to Install Mods/CC In The Sims 4 For Beginners

i did this to my best advantage on my hp laptop and the only mod that showed on game under custom category was the hair. none of the room mods i downloaded will show up :(

Do you need the Sims resource or can you just search it up and in stall the mod/cc?

I did all of this. I double checked its in the correct folder, still nothing is loading. I even uninstalled the game and re installed it nothing. :((((

Why… doesn’t my Sims 4 file look anything like yours? It has Installer, Data, then loads of EP## and SP##. I don’t understand 😭
