why do only some of my mods/cc show up ? i can’t access them all no matter what i do to change the settings & etc that everyone says to do online to “fix” it all

Can I save the mods somewhere else? I don't have enough space on the disk c where the document/EA/sims4/mods, so I want to change it to external hdd in but the mods didn't work😢

My other mods from other game(hogwarts legacy) work just fine in the game folder in steam library folder, but the sims won't work, helppp😢😢😢

(It work just fine in document but I can't have more than 10mods cuz I don't have enough space)

I have a question
Since i have 2 sessions ( for gaming and the other for other)
If i install a cc in session 1 and extract it, will it go on the other session ?
(Both are admin) but only session 1 has the sims 4
