Making an Edwardian Hat || Millinery Tutorial

Let's make an Edwardian Hat! Millinery is one of my favorite things. Honestly, why did they go out of fashion? Can we bring them back? I'm not talking about those wide brim wool hats, but fancy ones that match that one special outfit. Those need to make a come back.
