Living a good stress free life is being yourself and doing what makes you happy not someone else.

My last real relationship was a gal 15 years my junior. I didn't shift who I was. I changed some things to accommodate her being in my life, but I still kept with my hobbies and routines and job. I invited her to join me in my life, but she left for a guy who would revolve around her.
Yes, I know people who get lots of women, but they all lead with their wallet. I lead with my 1995 Saturn, and the gold diggers all look right through me, and that's ok by me.

In my 40s I learned one thing Never Ever jump hoops for any women do what you love and do it well and for some reason they jump on you like Banana flies... As soon as you start charging yourself or your life style for her it's Game over and just matter of time she gets bored and move on to the next project of her life usually a Tyron or Chad because you became a Sweet Jeff ;)

I go home to wife and kids on my vacation. I love my work, which is taking care of extremely sick mentally ill patients. I work at a high level of complexity and skill as a psychopharmacologist. (I went from contract to full time worker, make over $400k a year, have a nice place in Texas, live in hospital subsidized housing on the campus of my inpatient unit when at work out of state. Driving a Honda Accord, if I stay in the small town I work in, I fill up my gas tank monthly, change my oil three times a year or less.)

As most of my time is spent alone when not at work (6 weeks of vacation a year), I've bought some solitaire war games and a book on calligraphy. I don't expect to get adequate at calligraphy, but I expect the concentration will help with meditation and focus. Solitaire war games allow me to exhaust my mind so I can sleep better.

But I have my wife and kids. My daughter loves me;my wife does as well. At almost 60, if the wife were to die, I would focus on leaving an inheritance for the kids, and reviewing investments with them.

This "focusing on what young, attractive women want" is bogus. I've had my kids. I want to raise no others. As a Mensan Millionaire UCLA Trained boarded psychiatrist, the number of young women I would find interesting in conversation approaches zero. I have extensive knowledge of movies, love classic comedies, enjoy fine food but can also eat potato chips and watch movies.

I'm happy with me alone; I'm happy spending time with wife and kids. Generally, I'm happy, period. I have a nice retirement home, and live fairly lightly on the land. My wife, kids, and I live under our budget.

Dress well, speak well, let your experience work for you. Let confidence show through, but stay polite. never loose your cool! Just walk. Pay attention to her & compliment her, but don't "simp." If you are interested in a young woman but she does not act interested in you, turn away from her. Your time time is too valuable & your money is better spent on someone who will appreciate you.

The big mistake is going for a woman that is TOO young.
You want no younger than 10 years younger than you and she has to be mature thinking not still thinking like a child.

You know sounds like simping to me to some extent. You should be interesting for your own sake because if you force it it won't last it'll be exhausting. And unless you find the right one it'll be a revolving door which for a regular person is tiring for a narcissist it's a fun game for a sociopath it means dates in the woods trying to fix boats with guys with fake broken arms.
