You made a mistake. South regions of Azerbaijan are not Sunni. This region (Mughan) is populated by Iranian Talysh people, and we are Shia. Talysh people of Iran (Gilan, Ardebil) are Sunni. We respect all religions, our best friends mostly are Christian (Russia, Netherlands or Armenia), and I am from Christian country myself - Russia. Before Turkish conquest (1918) we had big population of Georgians, Armenians, Russians, Germans and Ukrainians, but Azerbaijani government killed all of them…
