Taxi Driver (1976) - Main Title Sequence - Opening / Intro

The more I watched Taxi Driver, the better it became in my opinion, and it is now one of my favorite movies. I wanted to make a intro/opening for this movie like the TV-series 'Band of Brothers' has. (Also one of my favorite movie/tv serie of all time). So I took some inspiration of the intro from BoB to create this one.

I have two versions, a short and long one. The long one was the first I created but it became a bit to long for an intro so I removed some of it, but I like'd it very much so I decided to upload both of them.

The most beautiful few minutes in cinema. I wish I got to see this film in the cinemas whether it be an anniversary show or hell even back in 76' instead of watching it on a shitty little blu-ray disc on a small TV.
There will never be another movie like this again.

This is a beautiful restoration but it's too bad they couldn't have kept the integrity of the original titles/typography which I mistakenly thought were Saul Bass but were actually Dan Perri.
