*SUPER SPOILERS BELOW, BUT IF YOU'RE FINE WITH THAT PLEASE READ THIS*

HOW TO :
After you have completed the neutral ending, If you reload your save at the barrier and decide to re-fight Asgore after defeating him and Omega Flowey for the first time, some secret dialogue appears when you fight Asgore and beat the game multiple times. Each time you defeat Asgore you'll spawn back at the barrier.

The first time I had gotten the different dialogue I was caught off guard and didn't expect it to be there, therefor it isn't shown in the video, here is the transcript though :

Transcript :

"Why do you keep coming back here?
Oh, I get it.
You wanna be friends, huh...?
You’re PATHETIC.
You REALLY think I want to be friends with YOU?
Heh...
You really DON’T get it, do you?
There’s only one person I could care about anymore.
And even then, I couldn’t TRULY care about them.
I just like to think there’s someone out there...
Someone that I won’t get tired of.
Someone like ME.
...
Say.
Quit looking at me with that stupid expression.
You’re pissing me off."

Flowey is so *freaking tragic*. I mean, seriously. Not only had he been trapped in an infinite time-loop for ages, but despite the artificial DETERMINATION Alphys injected into him he had no purpose or way of reaching any sort of fulfillment. Asriel only desired love, but Flowey couldn't feel anything. The fact that such a pitiful, soulless creature only did good things with the RESET power at first is a testament to what a good person Asriel had been. But without a soul, no wonder Flowey went crazy after a while. I actually can't blame him. He honestly tried to be good. But how could he without compassion, or conscience?

So does anybody else think that it's kinda sweet how Papyrus might be the closest thing Flowey had for a friend before you show up? Flowey even admits that it took him longer to become bored of him than anybody else. His face while talking about him seems to show some level of fondness for him.

The funny truth is Flowey isn't really as evil as you think he is. He's just choosing to do what he does because he has seen all that the world has to offer. But you probably knew THAT already.
