Just did my first refresh rebuild on a transmission. The 3650 in my stang. Used the tremec manual and these 2 vids to do it. 200k miles and really all it needed was a syncro or 2 and a .004 shim. Noticed a small amount of black rtv from case assembly and orange from the drain/fill got to the spacer between needle bearing but not an issue for the bearing.

This guy is the man I got a 3650 in my car and when ever it give it gas or let off it feels actually like a loose chain on a motorcycle/dirt bike. Changed the output shaft bushing and seal 2 times and it just continues to drip enough to bother me lol. Would love to hear your input on this brother man

This is awesome man! Please tell me what is the reason for the notchy shifting 1-2, 2-3, when the temperature drops below 50F (first few shifts). And is it normal to have a slight noise in 1st and 2nd at low RPM's as well as in the neutral position (like a slight rattle).

Can I ask how many liters/qts of trans fluid your son added to the junkyard trans when he got it? Ford originally called for 4. Then revised it twice all the way to 3.2. Just wondering if the faillure occurred with 4qts/liters or 3.2. Also, hooyah aviation?

Cen you tell me, is it normal to have super small play on output shaft?
I have about 0.001" of radial play.
