Sure I won't count the fact that there is a whole subject on gears( the length, distance width ect), I won't count the fact that you made that out of (and I hope) aluminioum while the rest is cast iron, the thing is going to break the moment it starts working

:D :D :D that soft metal will wear out soon. The entire damaged part should have been cut out and replaced. The replacement should have been fixed on the inner radius.
