Love this tutorial!! There are so many things with illustrator I've had to learn randomly along the way on my own and little tips like this are super helpful! Thanks so much

Awesome Tutorial! I learned more from this 13 minute video then you could ever know. Could you make a video on how to align the design on a screen, and the final preparations needed for printing from AI?

Great tips/tricks. I'm an illustrator teaching myself to screen print my own gear. You videos are well done and very easy to follow. Especially needed this one! Thanks!

killer work guys! big fans of all ya'll are doing. the Trick with the pencil tool was clutch! love it! Have you guys ever just used SPOT COLORs and printed out operations host-based? It will keep you from having to do the extra steps of making each layer black before your print it, and you can just hit print 1 time and it will print each layer on its own. Setting the REG marks to REG color will mean they print on each layer too. Keep killing it and doing what you do! Happy Printing!

I try to avoid modifying the customer's provided artwork unless *absolutely* necessary or I get approval. As a designer, I've had too many projects unexpectedly come back for proofing with drastic changes made (logos made different sizes, arranged differently than the client requested, etc.). I don't trust the print shop with adjusting my design. If you need changes, just reach out to me and let me correct my files to your needed specs.

Great tips. Have you ever used Photoshop to create your seps? It could save time if you're in a rush to print. I ended up creating an action in photoshop that basically does the same thing ultraseps does and it speeds up the process a bit

So is there a reason that you use offset path instead of adding a stroke to the object?
