I killed the whole vault when they kicked me out. If there’s no happy ending for me then neither for you. Then again I did destroyed the vault reactor.

The reason she will always kicks you out is Amata needs a scape goat to control the vault and the residents still resent the LW and their Father for what they did at the start of the game, so it's a no-brainer to her exiling LW immediately after they help her. She uses us to gain power and kick us after we outlive our usefulness.

Ofcourse this is just my theory of the why.

Even darker that when Amata gets her way, the Enclave inevitably will capture/kill every last one of them. You even get to see Amata herself getting killed in a random encounter later on.
