God was saying, that in one hundred and twenty years, he would send the flood, not that man would live to be 120 years old. God was saying in 120 years I’m going to wipe out the world with a flood and he did.

If you study Genesis 3 very carefully, you'll see that God explained that Genesis 6 was coming. He told the serpent "I will enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy SEED and the seed of the was not only telling the serpent He already knew what his plan was, and that when Genesis 6 happened, the abominations born would not be controllable by Satan.
In regards to God saying man's life shall be 120 years, look at what God told Eve...'I will greatly multiply thy conception. It also happens that God made the 120 year proclamation 120 years before the Flood.
Now, if you go to the days the ark landed, and read the genealogies of Genesis 11, you see that Shem lived 600 years. Each generation after him lived a little less, and the next generation a little less. When you get down to Abraham, you the life span had dwindled to 175 years.
Now when you get down to Moses, he lived 120 years....he was the man/nation God gave the Torah to. Now, why did God call Abraham (who was born 292 years after the Flood) out of the nations???
It was because of Babel + the consequence of Babel....Nimrod.
If you read Genesis very carefully, you deduce that the sanctioning of the city+tower of Babel happened 120 years after the Flood. The Flood occured in 1656 am. 1656 + 120 = 1776 am. Abraham being born 292 years after the Flood means 1656 + 292 = 1948am ...which means Abraham was born 172 years after Babel's construction was sanctioned.
Keep in mind that Abraham was 58 years old when Noah died. And Shem, even though he was born 390 years before Abraham, still outlived Abraham by 35 years.
Babel was a universal effort....which means Nimrod was a consequence of Babel, not the other way around. Noah, Shem, Japheth, and Ham were alive for all this.
Now we get to the first, post Flood World War of Genesis 14, which ultimately ended Nimrods world order of occult sciences, child sacrifice and ultimately genecide, which was brought to end by decisive victory through Abraham and his trained servants in response to Lot and his family being kidnapped. This is when Melchizedek (Shem) and Abraham's order of the nations ( not to be confused with new world order) was established. And the first order of business was to tear down the city and tower remnants, because of what they symbolized....a rallying cry for future maniacs to take advantage of. So it was deconstructed. The salvage is where the Great Pyramid of Giza was built out of....not by pagans, but by God fearing Shemites and Mizraim. See Isaiah 19 for it's purpose.
It's interesting that by the time man's life span reached 120 years old, it was with Moses and God giving Torah to Israelites.
The world before the Flood was the age of conscience...no law had been given yet.
After Flood, God gave the Noahide law, which man messed up with Babel.
When God encrypted man's speech, He was turning the nations over to the preFlood gods....which is why God called Abraham out of the nations....to establish a new and holy nation that would not be under the gods, but would be God's chosen people... through which Messiah would come. The gods from before the Flood did what they to corrupt mans genetics in order to thwart the Messiahs coming.
So when God said man's days shall be 120 years, He was referring to numerous things that were interconnected.
120 until the Flood. 120 years until post Flood man broke the Noahide law, by sanctioning Babel to unite creation AGAINST the Creator. And the countdown to Moses, who received Torah, and at 120 years old he died...which marks the time the Israelites would enter Canaan...1520 years after God said "Man's days shall be 120 years'. 3 periods of 120 years later comes King David.
God was revealing (and fulfilling) a HUGE part of His plan with that simple statement 120 years before the Flood.
There is SOOO MUCH info God gave in Genesis 3. Amazing.

The 120 years were how long to build the ark. After that, the flood. Context is key. Psalm says three score and ten years. Anything after that will be real hard. Read and study with the Holy Spirit and do not be deceived. Psalm 90:10

I have long wanted to know why the SEPTUAGINTAL VERSUS MASORETIC CHRONOLOGY IN GENESIS 5 AND 11 assign the patriarchs vastly differing ages. No one will/can explain this great disparity. Can you explain this, Pastor Renner?
