A Developer Roadmap That Actually Works

Use the beginner roadmap to guide your way to learning programming 🚀

This roadmap covers the complete path I would follow if I were a beginner again, trying to learn coding. We start off with simple, broad tools but it gets deeper and quirkier as we go along. Follow the steps and have patience, and you'll become a capable coder fast.

In this video I cover Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Vue, TypeScript, Sqlite and databases, MongoDB, Google cloud, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Tensorflow, Unreal engine, Unity, Java, C++, Kotlin, Swift, the terminal/CMD, Linux, Docker and then some!

Thank you to Fireship for inspiring this idea.

Fun video, rather web centric so I thought I'd add a couple of niches:
ROS for robotics.
MATLAB and R for statistics & mathematics, quite common in research fields.
Flutter for app development.
But there's heaps more, so find something you're interested in and figure out what people are building it in. Learn and be flexible to pick up a new tool for new projects!

Man, dont get me wrong, how can you recommend a roadmap filled with stuff you have never used?

I know, roadmaps boost channel visibility and thats all good, but you're spitting things from what you've read it, not from something you've lived.

The thing is, to build a community around your content you need to get real to yourself
