after completing this then you realise most of the company need full stack JAVA developer not MERN stack developer

Its bad roadmap: don't fool student.. none beginner can learn Javascript in 1 month. My advice is : if you want to learn full stack in efficient way, in deeper.. don't learn in hurry as mentioned in roadmap.. give time in learning each technology and learn one deeply then go to next technology
Ofcourse you can heart html and css in 1 month but for learning Javascript well, one need to give 2 to 3 month delicately then you will under Javascript well and then learning library of Javascript will also be easy for you.. one more time I will say, dont learn in hurry

Actually, i took 1 week on html css both side by side, 3 days on javascript, 2 weeks on node, and 3 days on Mongo. That javascript one is because im already a python and c++ dev...
