VPRO Vrije Geluiden and 3voor12 invited Palace to do a session on the beach during Into the Great Wide Open 2016. The bandmembers risisted the rain and we were able to shoot this beautifull session.

If I was walking on a beach and came across Palace preforming I would completely loose my shit! ( In a mellow and reserved fashion as not to disrupt the vibe) What a great band! Seeing people just stroll by and not stop breaks my heart.

Underrated band. Great stage presence and emotion by the lead guy too. You could see he had some limitations mechanically on the guitar - would love so see him grow into a better compliment to the lead guitarist when playing live. I think these guys could go far based on their versatility and melodic complexity though.

I live in Australia. Discovered this band through Spotify about 4 weeks ago and they have been on constant rotation since. Whoever recorded the sound of this deserved an award. (Take it from someone who often attempts to record on a windy beach). Anyway, great band. Each song is brilliant.
