ALUMINUM STICK WELDING - killing it right out the gate !

Stick welding aluminum with MG405 rods on the HTPPro Pulse 220 Mts and right away being dialed in just right ! sometimes it is better to be lucky the to be good !

No special settings on your welder? No preheat? How many amps? EN or EP? I tried some Hobart 3/32 aluminum electrodes and at first I had a little bit of success and very strong weld but after that 4 or 5 inches of short welding I couldn't get anything good at any amps I tried. I saw another video I think you did where you used DC pulse. Thank you for posting these.

Mine is a piece of shite. I think it's the rod that makes the difference. I dont think i'll ever find a proper rod in my country....😔 I have no idea why they have to sell shitrods... like dont they test it before they sell it?

Absaugung direkt am Werkzeug und ein Überdruck Schweißhelm(Speedglas mit Adflow)

Wären sehr empfehlenswert...
