I Played Marvels Guardians of the Galaxy | Early Impressions/Review of Gameplay

marvels guardians of the galaxy early impressions. What's up guys? RBG here, bringing you a video on something that hasn't really been talked about on this channel, which is Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy the game review. Its something that's gotten my attention since it was revealed but it hasn't necessarily been on my radar if that makes any sense. Which a lot of you are probably scratching your head right? Because this channel is smothered in discussions pertaining to Marvel related video games. Especially as of late with the recent announcements of Marvel's Spider-Man 2 and the new Wolverine game. So yeah the red & white brand has essentially become synonymous with RBG. Because I love the universe and the characters. And it seems like a fever dream that I live in an era where we're seeing these games be developed by some of the biggest companies in gaming. But with that said Guardians of the Galaxy wasn't 1 of those Marvel properties that I was salivating at the mouth to get a triple A game for. Although I enjoyed their recent success on the movie side of things I've never really been a fan of that specific group of characters. Not to mention they've kind seen their fair share of appearances in video games. So I wasn't all that interested in talking about their latest venture in the genre. But after getting an early hands-on experience with the game thanks in part to Square Enix. I can honestly say that I'm looking forward to seeing what it has to offer in full.

Any negativity is probably because people have been burned by the Avengers game, but with the revelation it’ll have FF15 style combat and Telltale style dialogue trees, I’d say the games in good hands.

I think Guardians of the Galaxy is similar to Mass Effect where you could only control Shepard but you went on quests with your companions

Have to say I’m surprised that there’s more detail to the game like being able to command your squad during battle. Kinda reminds of how you could control your squad members in ME, especially with the dialogue options too. Might start doing more research to see whether this game is worth picking up.

I’ve got this game on preorder! It really intrigued me, so will be interesting to play it myself and see how it plays and goes because I’ve been surprised by most of the games I’ve picked up so 🤞🏼

I might get this one RBG October is a very busy month of game releases for me but I really like the look of it, I skipped avengers and I think this could be something cool hopefully reviews will be out few days before, thanks for being honest as always dude.

I'm glad I didn't immediately pass on this game when they first showed it. A lot of people saw the first preview and thought it looked like shit, I had a feeling it was just a poor showcase and there was definitely something there that could be good

So far this has been the most informative preview I've seen, thanks for taking the time to talk about some of the "smaller" features; the combat looks neat enough, but I'm actually pretty interested in the fact that there is space combat and the ability to explore the ship in between missions.
