ShiShi - Dreamweaver (Lost Demo)

My new song “Dreamweaver” (Lost Demo) is out now. Soon, I’ll tell the story of why this is a demo (and almost never came out) ... but today I just want to express what this song means to me.

“Dreamweaver” is about the longing for connection and depth that often comes after a taste of spiritual awakening.

The existential loneliness and confusion that can come with such an experience has invoked human beings to put their devotion into god, meditation, service to others … anything to pierce ever deeper through the illusion of separateness.

In the end, “Dreamweaver” is a story about surrendering to and connecting with something greater than oneself, and finding salvation in that process. I hope it gives you whatever you need. ❤️
