Oddly enough, this is genuinely one of the most overlooked but important things to learn. Like, just sitting there. Kind of like learning to knowing when to not touch anything while cooking. You just have to learn that sometimes you just _existing_ is enough of a play for you to win the lane/game.

I tend to recall all the time when it's not going to cost me more than 1 or 2 melees and I can get an item for the lane but more often than not it just reverse the XP advantage and you don't get enough value out of a single item cause it doesn't come to so little.

Even just scouting to make the enemy jungler appear on the screen / Map might be more valuable than that.
