Newborn - 3mm
0-3 Months - 3.5mm
3-6 Months - 4mm
6-9 Months - 4.5mm

.2 hdc in 3rd chain from hook, hdc in next 5 sts, 6 hdc in last st. working across the other side of the chain, 5 hdc in next 5 sts, 2 hdc in last sts

R2. 2 dc in first 3 sts, 5 dc in next 5 sts, 2 double crochet in next 6 sts, 5 dc in next 5 sts, 2 dc in last stitch

R3. BLO hdc around

R4. hdc 9, 2 dc together x 8, hdc 9

R5. hdc 9, 2 dc together x 4, hdc 9

R6. sc around

R7-12 (cuff). hdc around
