I 'm completely awestruck by this herding thing!! Am aware of the Border Collie breed of dog but have never been exposed to what they're all about until I happened upon your channel. The look of serious anticipation in this dog's eyes as he awaits your command, his eagerness to perform, and the tremendous speed he is capable of is incredible. My collie does a similar thing to this but for chasing her ball. When we're in a field, I'll show her her ball and she'll shoot off in a big arc, always to the left until she's about 50 yards away then stops and faces me directly, head down arse up waiting for me to lob the ball to her.
Never trained her to do this, she just does it and always has.
But that's the case with so many things she does, she needs so little training yet she's one of the most well behaved dogs I've ever known. Wonderful dogs they are.
