The easiest way to tone orange hair at home with conditioner. No need to keep bleaching your hair or adding more harsh chemicals. All you need is any conditioner with a white base and some blue manic panic. Blue cancels out orange, if you feel like your hair is more yellow then get a violet/purple manic panic instead. Add a small amount to your conditioner, mix and apply to damp hair. Leave for 2 minutes then rinse!

Great idea! The lady at Sally's wasn't experienced with toners. I told her my hair pulls orange. She selected a gray toner cause that is the main reason I'm dying portions of my hair, to camouflage the gray roots and that hideous line. I think I will try this next time. Thank you!!
