a. bc me PERSONALLY as a person of color would look shit in the cool undertone (the undertone i have) hair colors due to the fact that DIFFERENT COLORS LOOK GOOD ON DIFFERENT SKIN TONES
b. she literally did not even show anybody with even a SLIGHT TAN with those colors, so how do y’all know how pLatInUm bLonDE is gon look on a brown or black person?

The closer the undertone of the color is to the undertone of your skin the more likely the color will bring potentially weird colorations/imperfections in your skin forward if there's not enough contrast.

Not all blues have a blue base just like not all reds have a red base.

If you are neutral, doesnt mean you can wear any color and it will look good, avoid the extremes of warm and cool, and you need to consider if you look good in light or dark colors, or in bright or muted color.
