12 months ago I found myself feeling totally drained of energy every day - constantly lethargic and tired even after doing very little. And then I heard a stupidly simple sentence that changed my life completely: You control your energy levels. In this 'How To Be Limitless' video, we'll be going through how to create constant high energy levels.

We'll then move onto the next steps about becoming limitless in real life without the pill.

These mini-documentaries are inspired by creators like James Jani and Jake Tran who prioritize quality over quantity. Whenever you're sitting down and are not being productive, consider:
1. How much you consumed vs. how much you produced today.
2. Are you in control? Are you doing what you're doing now because you intentionally started doing it, or are you being swept away without realizing it?

I solved my unproductivity by working at night and sleeping in the day.
It works amazingly. At night I get the most energy.

The last 30 boxes absolutely is key to achieve consistency. I tried a 365 box chart and now my baseline is just in another level.

Get your energy up with your energy list, then use focus tools/focus list, use time blocks for stamina, attach emotional reason to goal (why do I want the money), eliminate distractions and tasks that aren't moving you toward your goal. Thank you!!

Hey legends, quick update: I've taken the 'John Frazer' part out of the channel name. 'MagnatesMedia' better sums up the brand of this channel, since a Magnate is someone very successful, wealthy or influential in their field - and those 3 words are the main themes of this channel. Limitless is one of my favorite movie. After watching this I went in search of the movie to rewatch. I then found that there is a tv series. I am happily watching each episode. Thank you. I always feel empowered when I watch the movie. Hoping to get the same vibes from the tv series.

Okay, so i've been on so. E morning routine to help with my productivity and success. As the guy says it's really that simple. I learnt my routine from the book 'the 5am club'. What i want to say here is if you keep failing to reach the 30 days mark, it doesn't matter. Just keep on going, don't feel bad for feeling lazy and slack off on somedays, as long as you never give up your progress will keep on getting better

i think what the key word in all this is success. what i consider success the next person might see as failure. ive had multiple houses, cars, toys, ect all before i was 30. i now live in an apartment, work out everyday, and dedicate my life to my daughter and feel more successful than anything else ive done in my life.

Research has shown that Goals are great for short / medium term but often people motivation will go away once the goal is achieved. The next stage is to focus on identity instead of learning a song, I am a musician, instead of I must eat meals, I want to be a healthy person. Goals can then be used as a guide and as motivation, but the core is one's identity. Small 1% improvements. Would recommend Atomic Habits. I personally break the year into 13, 4 week sections where I have overall yearly goals that compliment my identity, with smaller goals set for 4 weeks at a time that compliment the overall goals for the year. I then do reviews 13 times a year, but I also partake in daily journaling where I check in with my mind, body, and spirit. This also involves a weekly recap as well.

It also allows me to plan and understand how long things take, but what matters most is doing the things that make me happy, keep me emotionally aware, I do what makes me happy.
