Realistically, a Goku vs Usagi spar would boil down to her already not wanting to fight, him trying to push her out of her comfort zone, and whenever it goes on too long she would do something ridiculous that gives him enough insight to realize that she's stronger than she lets on and he'd pester her to come train with him from then on.

If Sailor Moon was in any other universe she'd probably be one of those long lost gods that either just disappeared randomly or left because she's just too OP; she'd break any mildly threatening presence by immediately taking them out
