What creeps me out is that most of space is unbelievably dark. If you could instantly move to most random positions in space it would be dark and cold and empty. Apart from the tiny dots all around you emitting a small amount of light in your direction. It’s only when you’re near a star that you’ll experience any “brightness” 😮

Good video, but you should do a part 2 and explain that Olbers's paradox is solved by the expansion of the universe, which increases the wavelength of the visible light that originated from the Big Bang to microwave scale by redshifting it.

I’ve always believed that there’s no “nothing” at all. There’s always something.
A transparent plastic cup may see empty, but there’s air and other particles in it.
Same thing I think it happens in space.
Not sure if there’s a term or an hypothesis related to that topic.
