Student Testimony: Practicums and Ministry Training | Highlands College

The best way to learn is through experience, and that's exactly what Highlands College provided. Highlands College student Danny Ramirez shares his practicum and ministry training experience.

Practicums provide students with hands-on training that allows them to become specialized in a specific area of ministry. Through the leadership of Senior Pastor and Highlands College Chancellor Chris Hodges, students gain 400 hours of documented experience by learning from the Church of the Highlands staff members who are specialized in each of our eight specific areas of ministry training.

Highlands College is a biblical higher education institution located in Birmingham, Alabama that exists to train the next generation of church leaders with the competence, character, and spiritual maturity needed to lead lives of eternal impact and make a difference.
