sir,
Can I run lathe machine on single phase -230V input AC supply available in commercial shop in city.
Since lathe machine has 3-phase 415V, AC motor of around 5 hp.
Please advice - cost /expense to make such arrangement permanently.
Also is there any power loss / torque loss.
