Today we're going to learn how and why we should pre-compose our layers in After Effects
One of the most imporatnt things we can do in After Effects to save time and order up our project is using PRE-COMPOSITIONS to arrange certain objects into one container. Pre-composing in After Effects allows us to group objects, nest compositions and pre-compose several layers into one (new) compositoin. This frees up our working area, separates files from each other and allows us to combine elements and apply effects to them in bulk.
