Why does it feel like every team except the Astros always has some badass prospects, yet they rarely ever bring up any players even half as good as the Astros?

Do baseball writers just not know what they’re talking about (not unlikely)?

For a bottom rated farm, the Astros must be remarkably lucky to bring up Luis Garcia, Framber Valdez, Yordan Alvarez, Cristian Javier, Chas McCormick, etc?

How can you bring those guys up and consistently be ranked as the _very_ worst?
