My favourite chhole bhature are from" Aaoji" sweet shop in shadipur. Super fluffy stuffed with paneer. Have tried most outlets that you have shown but waisa taste kahin nhi hai.

3) Bille di Hatti - Kamla Nagar (has the best Lassi in Delhi, too);

6) Gupta - Laxmi Nagar;

PS:
Sharma "Afeem waale" @Shahadara's Chhole is too oily and spicy. It can be tasted for its uniqueness, though.
Chaache di Hatti @Kamla Nagar is, still, good.
Sitaram Diwanchand @Paharganj is the most underwhelming - especially, their Bhature (if they can be called so!).
