Your channel is the best source of knowledge on YouTube. I dropped 60lbs over the last nine months with healthy + balanced eating and 10k steps per day. I took online meal plan from OnlyMeal, and I followed it strictly. Process is slow, but nothing comes over night. I am super excited to see myself in the mirror after I lose another 30lbs. I am going to reach it in 2025 hopefully.

I’ve been consistently working out for the past 12+ months, with cardio at the end of my workout. I have also been intermittent fasting, and not eating before my morning lift and cardio. I cut a bunch of weight and put muscle on, but now I have plateaued. I have now introduced a high protein breakfast before my workout and cardio and I feel much better during my workout. My pump feels better and I am adding weight to my lifts. Doing a workout in the morning before a meal may be a good short term solution for your goals, but may not be a good long term solution.

Someone that just goes back to the basics is what we need. Not complaining. Just train hard and be consistent with your training and diet. You want to loss weight cut your calories add a bit of cardio job done. What people struggle with is consistency and also there’s that much info out there people get confused. This is all the advice you need end of. Follow what he’s saying and you will do well. Love your videos.
