The music doesn't let us hear the presentation, a little annoying, otherwise, good presentation. I appreciate you sharing your knowledge

Could you please explain the Disney world example further, because I think your wrong. The bottle neck in the process is not the line, it's the ride; the long lines are simply a result. Let's say a ride fits 20 people. 15 people from the regular line are allowed on the ride along with 5 people from the fast pass line. The time saved by the 5 customers who used the fast pass line is absorbed by everyone else waiting in the regular line since the ride holds a max of 20 people. Basically what I am saying is that a fast pass line will not increase the overall exit rate because the time saved by a few select customers is absorbed by everyone else (they will have to wait longer). The same number of people will exit the ride at the same rate, thus the same number of people will be walking around the parks. The fast pass was probably more of a marketing strategy; it attracts more customers to the park since the option of skirting a long line exists (that's f they get a fast pass before they sell out of course)

Background music is quite loud while the narrator is going over Western Union's 'old process'. Did anyone else have that problem?

For future videos :
1. Please say a bit slow
2. And Remove the noise from the background

I am sorry, I had to stop the video after 14 mins due to the background noise. It literally takes away the concentration, however the content is good. Wish it had no background noise and explanation in a bit slow speed.

Great content and well explained- two pieces of constructive feedback...
1. you clear your throat every 20 seconds. It is quite distracting and unprofessional to do repeatedly. I found it hard to focus on much while this was happening. 2. Your rate of speech is on the slow side...speeding up your pace just a bit would be a game changer for you. Thinking about lean and waste, look at the throat clearing and the turtle pace in the lens of waste as you teach it- get to the point quicker and try to avoid so many filler words and throat clearing. Great video tho, just trying to be honest and hopefully helpful with my feedback (for what it’s worth)
