You did good. I was assistant manager at KFC/Tacobell, and if your a beginner that's pretty good. One way to not mess up your line is hold the taco over the veggies and cheese as your putting it on. Then it just falls back where it's supposed to be! Have a great day taco making! 😁

I worked at Taco Bell when I was younger and when I started my biggest mistake was...I had to build two of the 12 pack taco pack boxes and I didn’t know how to do it. So once they got all the 24 tacos ready we put them in the two boxes and I was carrying them to the window and both the bottoms of the boxes just fell straight out. 24 tacos on the floor. I quit that week lol.
