Add a variety of fruits and greens into your diet to feed your skin from the inside out. Apply sunscreen before moving out. The sunscreen that gives me the right protection is littlellextra rice berry sunscreen. It contains black rice water and vitamin C that maintains skin moisturized and gives a good glow. Also, be sure to always take off your makeup before bedtime to prevent blocked pores and breakouts.

That's not how the 2 finger rule works there was atleast 5 bottles worth of sunscreen on your fingers💀

Instead of applying the two fingers altogether, trying applying one blend it first wait for a minute and then apply a second coat easier to blend and gives the same efficacy.Hope this helps✌️

My doc insisted me to use 1.5 finger tip unit of sunscreen for every 3 hours. My sunscreen has a thick cream based consistency. I guess the amount of sunscreen used in the video is more than sufficient

I think no need of applying this much of sunscreen 🙂 you can take one finger of sunscreen that's enough and easy for blending process

People should try gel aqua based sunscreen, Eucerin has a dry touch one and for oily/combination/normal skin it works so good without leaving that white cast, plus I love the feeling of it, it feels like lotion and not those oily sunscreens

I think you should use a sunscreen that doesn't leave a white cast. La shield sunscreens are really good

This is not how you apply sun screen.. you need to apply a film/screen on face, not blend it like a moisturizer
