I like doing my own method where I get about 200 million per minute
What you do is go to episode 1 and do outmanned but not out-gungan-ed and just get the 6 purple studs around the small area (5 from mini kits and 1 on the floor) and you can get all 6 in a little over a minute

Once the barrier falls down you can simply pause and exit the mission. You still get all the money or any miniskirts you might pick up
