I started a 4x4 blog in early 2022 and chose the name of our late family dog + Offroad. Think of Samson Offroad (it's not that, but close) and this saved so much time and carries a legacy forward.

Such a simple, and at the same time perfectly chosen domain name. The only disadvantage is buying 2 or 3 additional domains to prevent stealing the traffic, which is ~30$ extra cash :)

Hello, I'm after a new name for my project. I have an option to buy 3 names 1 is from an old company that is related to the subject and has about 4000 links to it. It was not a blog. The other 2 names were blogs with about 1/10th of the links but more links on their social media accounts and used to be blogs, one of the names has 20k Twitter followers that I can take over. Just by looking at the stats what do you think I should do?
I like the name of the old company more.

Hi Ricky! What do you think about publishing blogs with an author/author box vs publishing blogs without any author? Do you think it makes a difference or would it be just fine to publish everything under 'admin' (without an author box or anything)

Also love this! So smart to buy those other domains and redirecting them. Never thought of that.

1. Can you please explain how to Connect and Redirect all the Domains you bought into One Main domain?
2. Can it Hurt your Ranking & SEO, if Google sees that you have Multipul Domains going to the same one?

I created a pet blog and 6 months later reaised someone had registered the name exactly the same as my domain. Is Google going to penalize me? I notice some pages have already been taken out of the first page. Im not sure if its to do with that. It maybe the free theme; Sherlock Holmes Vs Google.
