I was an only child for much of my childhood, so I used to play by myself and use my imagination… of course there was no internet or YouTube back then, so I couldn’t actually do it, but I used to go round, when I was playing in the garden or walking about, or playing with my toys and I’d feel as if I was in a film. I’ve always remembered this. Someone once said you’re the star of your own movie. You can change your perception of your world by acting ‘as if’ you are in a film. It’s also really fun! Thanks again Brian for another insightful episode ❤
