I never played TF2. I don’t have the interest in ever playing it. Im purely a Nintendo fan, and I didn’t even know he played the Soldier until I was informed that Peppy O’Hare’s voice actor had died. But I still can’t help but feel sad when I listen to this song. He brought characters like Soldier, Peppy, and Andross to life just to name a few. It’s truly magical to see these games about war and violence spark love in an entire generation of children and adults alike. I may be nearly a year late, but R.I.P. Rick May. May you Rocket Jump and Barrel Roll in the heavens.
