That exactly the same reason I mark it on only 1 option, after discussing with my friends I thought it was wrong but upsc proves that they’re wrong

Kuch bhi ? Now look at my statement "governor is the ceremonial head of the state as president is the ceremonial head of the country " now this my statement can be interpreted by both ways UPSC should definitely need to improve their option quality 🙏

Mam in the 1st statement
Isn't the consent of the calling judge mandatory??
Consent of both president and the retired judge is needed. Then how come the 1st statement be correct?
