Great lookin sandwich of course, but in every single sandwich ive tried it with, putting the crunchy side inside and the soft side outside takes it up about 3 notches

You could use a little more oil and keep the pan movin for more even crust

It looked good until you put the toasted side of the bread on the outside. The entire reason for toasting a sandwich is to prevent the condiments and juices from soaking in. This was a decent first attempt from a beginner and I hope you the best as you grow!
