Airplane Windows final

I put a call out on social media for people to send me photos they had taken out of airplane windows. I was surprised by the response I got. I was sent hundreds of photos from people all over the world, many of whom I had never met before.

I developed techniques where light would enter the pieces and make them glow, and as the the viewer moves, the pictures change color, or burst into rainbows.

The following series are the works I made from those photos.
