KODAK PORTRA 160

A look at KODAK PORTRA 160 the sort or strange member of the Portra family . Amazing film sharp low grain and amazing colour rendition ...however it's so good sometimes ..your photos sort of look like they are digital ...which isn't the point of this is it.

I,m being harsh it is great film, great for sunny day and shooting in good light ...it expensive Obvs

All the photo in this video BTW are not post processed in anyway they are straight scans from the lab …so how you scan and develop may alter the results

I never understood before why my friend who shot for leica preferred P160 over 400. He showed me some scans and i was like whoa thats film? (granted he shot those with a -lux) and also P160 has the best dynamic range of all portras.

Interested in your thoughts on the 400 version as I got 4 rolls for free, should it be shot at box speed or differently? I imagine inherently it will have more grain? Thanks in advance for any insight you may have.
