I find that I always try to take on too many things at once, coz i don't wanna miss out on opportunities, but i don't do them very well in the end

Number 5 is definitely my weakest point of consentration/motivation. It is impossible for me to watch series etc while working, but music makes it significantly more efficient.
I've always been amazed of people multi-tasking watching series + work so flawless and without any failure (though maybe they are not actually looking at the series, or caring about the "story/dialogs").
My limitation of multi-tasking is the eyes. Wherever my eyes are focusing, that's also where my brain is working. Talking, singing and body movements, handles multi-tasking fine. That could also be because most of it is on "auto pilot", so it's not really multi-tasking but instead brainless effort.

I also suffer from perfectionism. But instead of demotivating me, seeing a perfect result come alive always motivate me into working more hours without breaks.
Is it the most efficient, definitely not. But it does feel good! :P
