Windows NT 4.0 Startup and Shutdown Sounds but in high quality!

This is extracted from build 1273! It's not having 8-bit noises, and it's actually in high quality! No denoising edits at all, just the original sound from this build.
On Windows NT 4.0 build 1287, the sound is reduced and it's now 8-bit.

Do you know that Windows 8 to Windows 10 Still use the Windows Vista startup sound ? I heard that there are a lot of misconception about the Startup sound for Windows 8. They are saying that Windows 8 introduced a New Startup sound while Microsoft still puts the Windows Vista ones until Windows 11 come out. Windows 11 have a New startup sound but Windows 8 until Windows 10 has it Unchanged until Windows 11.
