@standingpretty Actually...Isn't neonatal nursing care of newborns in general...they have different levels, like level 1 is healthy newbornws...level 2 would be those who need special care (like pre-mature babies) and level 3 the ones with serious issues.

do you have to have a masters degree to work as a neonatal nurse? or is that just a higher step/better knowledge.
