DIY Lawnmower RAM INTAKE

I needed a new air filter for the lawn mower, so I went ahead and 3D-printed a short ram intake. While this likely won't make the mower any faster, can't deny its pretty sweet, given it costs about the same as tracking down and ordering an OEM replacement.

Wouldn't it have used way less plastic to just print the mount to replace the stock air filter housing completely rather than the top? Then you could have bolted it on with the original bolts.

Hello, I think ur idea is really cool and I want to make something like this myself. I have the same Honda engine, but no cad skills. I hope it’s not a bother, but could you upload the cad file onto a file website if some sort? If not I get it, I’ll just build something and use a boatload of electric tape for a good seal.
